Anita Rose, President & Principal Consultant

After many years of working in both a management and consulting capacity to deliver business and technology solutions to customers on behalf of other organizations,  Ms. Rose founded ATIBA Technology Solutions in April of 1999. Her vision was to build  a cohesive team of highly competent and dedicated professionals whose core beliefs included a high level of integrity and customer commitment, capable of leveraging technology to deliver value-added services and solutions to customers.

Ms. Rose is a solution architect and has over 20 years of global experience delivering complex ERP solutions to clients in the insurance, financial services, health care, manufacturing, I.T., professional services and retail industries. She has lead large and diverse teams that have successfully delivered financial systems, CRM/PRM solutions, document management, call center, help desk, sales force automation and workflow automation solutions.

Her background includes risk management, strategy development, quality frameworks, business transformation, program and project management, change management,  systems integration, information management, and process improvement. She is knowledgeable and experienced with CoBIT, COSO, ISO, CMMI and ITIL frameworks.

Ms. Rose, a graduate of Penn State University, is an accomplished technology leader committed to leveraging technology to improve the operations of her clients.

Mike Anzures, Senior Executive & Principal Consultant

Mr. Anzures is a highly competent management and technology professional with over 20 years of experience managing and delivering technology solutions to clients across a wide-variety of industry sectors that include financial services, health care, pharmaceutical, banking and technology. He has provided strategic leadership and delivered ERP solutions that include SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Lawson and Siebel. His dedicated leadership and commitment to quality frameworks has benefited and added value to clients around the world.

As a technology leader, Mr. Anzures has created financial models  and justification to outsource datacenters in numerous countries and has led global teams providing SOx remediation solutions for corporations required to work within highly regulated business environments.

His expertise includes developing strategies and I.T. roadmaps, leading merger and acquisition assessments and implementing PMO's (program management office's) to implement quality frameworks and best practices.

Mr. Anzures is a graduate of Santa Fe College, and is a Six Sigma black belt and PMI and Prince2 certified project manager. He has hands-on experience using CoBIT, COSO, CMMI and ITIL frameworks.
