BIG BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY for the SMB Market

By Anita Rose | President | ATIBA

Published 7/2006 | SMB Technology Services

Technology needs for businesses in the SMB market have evolved over the past 20 years to a level of maturity that requires the same expertise and intervention previously reserved for BIG Businesses.

The challenges SMB’s have, and will continue to have, are associated with how they can acquire the same quality expertise provided to BLUE-CHIP companies, at a cost they can afford.  SMB’s today need consultants who not only have the business and technical expertise provided to Fortune 500 companies, but who also understand the needs, budget constraints, and challenges associated specifically with smaller organizations.

Our 'Chief Technology Counsel' practice resolves all of these issues. It is specifically geared to provide the SMB market an edge; a total solution that is cost effective and affordable.

ATIBA offers a FREE business and technology assessment that enables us to better understand the specific SMB organization; the challenges they face, the business model in place, and the infrastructures that support both the business and technology needs of the organization.

ATIBA’s CTC consultants then evaluate SMB operations and return to discuss and review their findings. If they determine an SMB could benefit from ATIBA’s services, they will present a custom, tailored plan specifying the recommended mix of managed and on-demand services that will put that SMB on a cost-effective path for beneficial change and potential growth.

Our CTC consultants, who are capable of acting as CIO, CTO, COO, or CSO for our clients’ organizations, will provide ‘Big Business value at a Small Business cost’. If they are retained, they will mentor our clients, helping to put in place strategies, processes and controls that will help them decrease technology operational costs, increase the efficiency of technology operations, and increase the productivity of their support staff.
