Each year the federal government purchases over $277
billion worth of products and services, while state and
local governments purchase billions more.
Government agencies are compelled to meet their supplier
diversity quotas by seeking out and providing
opportunities that enable small businesses, WBE's, and
other special categories of small business to bid on
procurement solicitations they issue.
ATIBA, a business
and technology consulting company, is always interested
in responding to opportunities for services we can
provide and know we can deliver in a manner that meets
or exceeds client expectations.
Additionally, pursuant to the Small Business Act, as
amended by Public Law 95-507, large business prime
contractors receiving federal contracts valued at
over $1 million for construction and $550,000 for all
other contracts, are required to establish plans and
goals for subcontracting with small business firms.
ATIBA is
considered a 'small business' AND is a certified
WBE - 'woman-owned business enterprise' based on
government definitions and guidelines, qualified to take
advantage of Small Business and WBE 'set-asides'
designated by various government agencies, as well as
subcontracting opportunities made available by large
business prime contractors who are required to meet
their supplier diversity quotas by subcontracting to
small and woman owned businesses.
ATIBA is ready to do
business with the government and with government prime
contractors - we are registered in the CCR, D&B, and
ORCA databases, and we retain the required insurances,
designations and certifications.
