Pivotal role as business transformation and project triage manager in
outsourcing IT operations for HR, Payroll, benefits, Time & Labor functions for
six unique lines of business across the US and Puerto Rico to ADP. Managed a
team of eight I.T. consultants tasked with assessing and providing a
comprehensive inventory of twenty-four IT systems and 500+ interfaces being
consolidated to achieve corporate wide efficiencies of core business

Enterprise Resource Planning

(commercial off-the-shelf) software packages as well as custom software

for large banking institution, including the data and financial transaction
