Ms. Rose is a senior level Program and Project Manager with global experience managing compliance, IT governance, and full lifecycle application development and deployment on multi-platform environments. She has managed the implementation of financial ERP systems, and numerous CRM, BPM, workflow automation, and document management solutions for companies in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. 

Her experience includes the management and implementation of back-office, CRM, and ERP system releases in the finance, healthcare, and various other industries. She has facilitated the deployment of new system features and functionalities to support accounting, sales and inventory functions. Ms. Rose has implemented multi-site PMO's and established scorecard templates, policies and procedures to establish oversight and reporting of quarterly results of IT related tasks based on ROI. She works with stakeholders to identify, assess and mitigate project risks, putting in place mechanisms to monitor risk over the project lifecycle. She has managed the deployment of enterprise-wide risk management processes that involved multiple offices across 14 countries and established performance metrics utilizing Six Sigma, ITIL and CMM to monitor delivery of IT solutions.
